Czech company AURAPOL supplies reliable and easy to print 3D filament

At the end of 2017, the South Moravian plastics processing company Bulan s.r.o. came up with the idea of producing its own 3D filament. At the beginning of 2018, laboratory production started in cooperation with UNIPETROL. Until mid-2020, laboratory production continued with generous assistance from Mikla s.r.o. Materials for production are provided by partner companies Resinex, IMCD and others...

During that time, materials were provided directly to printers for quality verification and subsequent feedback.

Thus, the new brand AURAPOL was created and soon afterwards a new Czech company called AURAPOL s.r.o. was established with its headquarters in Znojmo, South Moravia.

These terms and conditions for the sale and purchase of goods of the trading company AURAPOL s.r.o., with registered office at Stanislavova 1617/32, 66902 Znojmo, ID: 09318356, (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the conclusion of purchase contracts for goods (movable items) of AURAPOL s.r.o. to its customers - business partners. These Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Procedure regulate the relations arising between AURAPOL s.r.o. and its customers - business partners in the sale and purchase of goods to customers, as buyers, from AURAPOL s.r.o., as seller.

The Customer is acquainted with these terms and conditions of the Supplier by placing an Order, with the fact that the current version of these terms and conditions is available to the Customer on the Supplier's website www.aurapol.cz/obchodni-podminky-velkoobchod/, and by placing an Order the Customer confirms that he/she has duly acquainted himself/herself with these terms and conditions, has understood their text and content, in case the Customer is a foreign entity and does not require their translation, and accepts them without reservation.
 

Definition of terms
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Seller shall be understood to mean the company AURAPOL s.r.o., with registered office at Stanislavova 1617/32, 66902 Znojmo, ID No.: 09318356, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 118420, whose business activities include, among others, production, wholesale and retail (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier").
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser shall be understood as a business entity - a natural or legal person, which the Supplier has on the basis of its Order (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchaser").
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Goods shall mean in particular 3D Filament as detailed in the Price List and which shall be supplied to the Purchaser pursuant to Individual Purchase Agreements entered into in respect of the Purchaser's Order and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions at the purchase price set out in the Price List (the "Goods").
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the Price List means the Supplier's wholesale price list issued and updated from time to time by the Supplier, which sets out the wholesale prices of the Goods (either as "base prices" or as "discounted prices" for normal sales and for internet sales) and, where applicable, the recommended retail price range (the "Price List").
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, an Order means a proposal for the conclusion of a contract made by the Customer in relation to the specific Goods listed in the Price List.
Confirmation of an Order means the acceptance of an Order, in writing or by electronic means, based on the fact that the Supplier will manufacture or have or will have in stock the Goods ordered and that such Goods will be delivered to the Customer ("Order Confirmation"). Partial Order Confirmation shall mean a written or electronic partial acceptance of an Order based on the fact that the Supplier is able to manufacture or has or will have in stock only a portion of the Goods ordered and that such portion of the Goods ordered will be delivered to the Customer ("Partial Order Confirmation"). In the event of doubt as to whether the Order has been fully or partially confirmed, the Order Confirmation or Partial Order Confirmation shall include the shipment of the ordered Goods or part thereof to the Customer, but only to the extent (quantity) in which the Goods have actually been shipped to the Customer.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Purchase Contract means a purchase contract arising from the Supplier's Order Confirmation or Partial Order Confirmation of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchase Contract").

Ordering and delivery of Goods

II./1 Ordering the Goods

The Purchaser shall place its Orders through the Supplier's sales representative or employee (hereinafter referred to as the "Sales Representative"). Each Purchaser Order shall be made on the Order Form attached hereto as Schedule No. 1 of these Terms and Conditions, contain its identification data, sufficient specification of the Goods, indication of the quantity of the Goods and their price according to the Price List and must be signed by the Customer or a person authorised to act on its behalf and, as a rule, also stamped by the Customer; this shall not apply if the Order is made by electronic means, even if they are not signed electronically according to special regulations.
